Guizhou Phosphate Chemical Group accelerates the construction of a leading phosphorus chemical enterprise
In recent years, Guizhou Phosphate Chemical Group has been committed to strengthening independent technological innovation, focusing on world-class technical challenges such as the utilization of low-grade phosphate ore and the purification of wet process phosphoric acid. With over 3800 authorized patents, the group has accelerated the creation of a globally competitive phosphorus chemical innovation system, injecting strong momentum into safeguarding national resource security and promoting industrial upgrading.
The group adheres to the main line of "Rich Ore and Fine Mining", and constructs a full chain technology system of "fine mining precise blending deep mining". Innovate the method of "anti drilling rig construction cutting", shorten the cutting time of ore bodies compared to the same period last year, and successfully improve the efficiency of underground mining. Using digital mining software to achieve dynamic balance of "mining stripping discharging", achieving full mining and reducing ore loss. Currently, the mining loss rate is much lower than the national green mine construction standard. Developing low to medium grade phosphate ore beneficiation technology to reduce the selected grade from 30% to 24%, supporting the extension of the service life of phosphate ore in China by 15 years. The world's first technology for recovering fluorine resources associated with phosphate ore, extracting and preparing anhydrous hydrogen fluoride from ore with a fluorine content of 3%, has been recognized as the "sixth batch of national manufacturing industry champions".
The Group continued to deepen the reform of the scientific and technological innovation system and mechanism, and the mechanism of unveiling the title gradually took effect. Centering on the core technologies such as phosphorus chemistry and the utilization of associated fluorine resources, relying on the industry's only State Key Laboratory, it built an innovation consortium of "universities+institutes+enterprises", and worked with more than 20 units such as Tsinghua University, Sichuan University, Central South University to tackle key problems, forming a transformation chain of "laboratory pilot scale industrialization". The development and application of technologies such as "anchor rod roof protection segmented empty mining method" and "phosphorus chemical waste self cementing filling mining technology" have successfully increased the mining rate of phosphate ore in China to over 80%. These two technological achievements have won the first and second prizes of the National Science and Technology Progress Award, respectively.
The group adheres to driving industrial transformation through digital transformation, establishes a digital transformation work leadership group, establishes cross departmental joint implementation teams and monthly scheduling mechanisms, and promotes coordination and consistency at the strategic, business, and technical levels. Focusing on the two major aspects of "management domain" and "business domain", we will establish nine digital management systems, including smart logistics, smart marketing, phosphorus cloud intelligent procurement, engineering, research and development, cost sharing, invoices and electronic files, and treasury, to accelerate the refinement and intelligence of management processes. Deeply promote the construction and application of production management and control systems such as PID, APC, MES, etc., achieve a reduction in DAP coal consumption per production unit through precise data application, empower the rapid development of modern agriculture, fine chemicals, and new energy industries in the group, and continuously inject new impetus to achieve the goal of "billions of phosphating, world leader".
