Recently, the 2×20kt/a multi-functional and flexible food additive phosphate project undertaken by Wengfu Jianfeng Company, a subsidiary of GPC, has successfully passed the mechanical completion acceptance inspection and officially entered the trial production preparation stage. This milestone marks a significant upgrade in GPC’s product supply and service capabilities in the food-grade phosphate niche market.
Food additive phosphates are widely used in meat products, aquatic products, dairy products, baking, condiments and other fields, playing a crucial role in enhancing product stability, texture, water retention and processing adaptability.
