"Second-level self-healing"! Wengfu Phosphate Mine achieves "unperceived switching" of power grid faults
The construction of Wengfu Phosphate Mine's intelligent electric power supply network has achieved a significant breakthrough. Recently, the on-site test commander reported to Wengfu Phosphate Mine that the high-fidelity test of the 110kV Xinlongba Substation's automatic bus transfer (ABT) device has been successfully completed. This key technology enables the substation to have "second-level self-healing" capability in case of voltage loss faults, laying a solid foundation for Wengfu Phosphate Mine to build an intelligent power supply network.
The ABT device is known as the "safety guard" of the electric power system and is a core equipment to ensure continuous power supply. When the main power supply fails, the device can automatically switch to the standby power supply within milliseconds to ensure uninterrupted power supply. As the core power supply hub of Wengfu Phosphate Mine, the 110kV Xinlongba Substation is responsible for the important task of power supply for mine production. The success of this test means that in the future, if a power supply fault occurs in this area, the substation can complete self-repair within seconds, achieving "zero perception" of power consumption.
To ensure the success of the test, Wengfu Phosphate Mine established a test working group and formulated a specific test plan. During the test, the operation team strictly implemented the procedures, achieving "zero error" in operations, and the measured data fully verified the reliability and second-level rapid switching capability of the ABT device.
In the next step, Wengfu Phosphate Mine will focus on the important achievements of the ABT device in this test, accelerate the transformation of ABT in 35kV Yingping, Mofang, Chuanyandong, and Chuanyandong underground mining substations, and strive to build an "highly reliable, fully automatic, and self-healing" intelligent power supply network for Wengfu Phosphate Mine, providing a more solid power guarantee for the safe production of the mine.
