Kailin Co., Ltd. from Guizhou Phosphate Chemical Group has innovatively introduced an integrated system of "building crack monitoring + GNSS online monitoring", using technological means to protect the safety of mining areas. This monitoring system adopts a two-pronged prevention and control strategy: high-precision sensors are installed at key parts of building walls to monitor millimetre-level crack changes in real time; at the same time, GNSS satellite positioning technology is used to track the three-dimensional displacement of slopes around the clock. The two technologies complement each other, constructing a three-dimensional protection network from micro to macro levels.

Since the system was put into operation, it has collected more than 70 pieces of valid data. The intelligent analysis platform can timely identify abnormalities and issue early warnings, gaining valuable time for emergency response. "This system is like an 'electronic sentinel' on duty 24 hours a day, which makes us feel much more at ease," said a staff member of the mining area during the geological disaster inspection.
This measure not only realizes the transformation from passive emergency rescue to active prevention and control, but also highlights the enterprise's sense of responsibility in using technology to ensure safe production. Kailin Co., Ltd. will expand the monitoring coverage, optimize the early warning response mechanism, promote the in-depth integration of monitoring data and emergency management, and continuously improve the level of mine safety prevention and control.
