Recently, the pilot test for medium-grade phosphate ore beneficiation at China GPC has achieved a complete success! This marks a major breakthrough for the enterprise in overcoming technologies for the efficient utilization of low-grade and refractory phosphate ore resources.  

   This success has laid a solid technological foundation for improving the recovery rate of mineral resources, extending the service life of mines, and promoting the green and sustainable development of the phosphorus chemical industry. It is of milestone significance for consolidating and strengthening the core competitiveness of the enterprise.  

   Medium-grade phosphate ore refers to a type of phosphate ore resource that falls between high-grade rich ore and extremely low-grade lean ore. It is characterized by low economic value for direct utilization and high difficulty in beneficiation and separation technologies, yet it has considerable reserves. Achieving efficient beneficiation of medium-grade phosphate ore is of great significance for ensuring the supply of phosphate fertilizers required for national food security and activating the stock of mineral resources.  

   This pilot test not only verified the correctness of the technical route but also obtained crucial industrial scale-up design parameters and front-line operation experience. These valuable "first-hand materials" provide solid data support and practical basis for the subsequent construction of industrial demonstration devices and the ultimate realization of large-scale promotion and application.  

   It is reported that after the full commissioning of this technology, it is expected to form an annual production capacity of processing 2.5 million tons of ore, which will significantly increase the added value of phosphate concentrate products and create an annual value increment of approximately 200 million yuan. This is not only a new growth point for the enterprise's economic benefits but also a concrete embodiment of maximizing resource value through intensive processing and making the best use of materials under the concept of "Enriched Mineral Resource Precision Development".
