On June 10, all production units of Tianfu Company were safely shut down, marking the official launch of the 2026 scheduled plant overhaul. The overall maintenance will last for 22 days, during which equipment hazards will be comprehensively and systematically inspected and rectified, and unit operation performance will be optimized, so as to consolidate the foundation for the stable operation of the company's production.

    Centering on the maintenance of air separation steam turbine units and compressors as the core tasks, the overhaul will simultaneously carry out key assignments such as the technical transformation of 2 large-scale units, the comprehensive maintenance of the gasifier system, and the replacement of methanol synthesis catalyst, covering more than 700 maintenance projects of various types. In response to the risks of cross-operation in multiple on-site areas, the company has implemented grid-based zoning management at the maintenance site to ensure that every maintenance task is assigned to specific personnel and every safety risk is controllable and preventable, promoting the steady and orderly implementation of all maintenance work.

    Since the launch of the overhaul, all staff of the company have worked in coordination to strictly adhere to the safety bottom line, with supervisors assigned to each procedure as a standard practice. All functional departments have fulfilled their respective duties: the Plant Operation Support Department has conducted special inspections on electrical equipment to build a solid safety line for temporary electricity use; the Marketing Department has completed the emptying, transfer and compliant disposal of various production materials, and implemented material supply guarantee plans.
