Successfully Commission Automated Loading Equipment in One Go
The first set of automated loading equipment for compound fertilizer at the Ammonia Synthesis Company has recently achieved successful one-off commissioning and completed full-process commissioning and operation. This milestone marks the official upgrade of the finished product delivery link from traditional manual operation to a new stage of safe, intelligent and efficient operation.
The newly launched automated loading system replaces manual operations, effectively reducing the difficulties of on-site safety management and control and improving the overall safety level of the loading process. Integrating intelligent detection, precise counting and automatic stacking functions, the system accurately controls the stacking position, layers and placement angle of each bag of compound fertilizers through programmed management. It can complete the loading of 35 tons of 40kg-specification compound fertilizer products within 45 minutes, which effectively avoids bag damage and disorderly stacking caused by manual operational errors.
The equipment upgrade frees employees from high-intensity and repetitive manual labor, enabling them to shift to technical positions such as equipment inspection, central control operation and intelligent operation and maintenance.
