State Key Laboratory of Green and Efficient Development and Utilization of Phosphate Ore and Its Associated Resources Successfully Holds Seminar on Scientific Research Breakthroughs and Industrial Collaboration
Recently, the State Key Laboratory of Green and Efficient Development and Utilization of Phosphate Ore and Its Associated Resources has successively organized a series of industry-university-research docking and exchange activities. Adhering to the mission and orientation of a national-level scientific research platform, the Laboratory focuses on the core field of green development and utilization of phosphate ore resources, concentrates efforts on tackling key core technologies, and strives to break through the technical bottlenecks restricting the development of the phosphorus chemical industry.
At Fuzhou University, more than 20 core researchers conducted in-depth discussions on practical industry pain points and key core technical bottlenecks, laying a solid foundation for subsequent joint scientific research breakthroughs.
Relevant research teams carried out exchanges at Wuhan Institute of Technology. Guided by the green transformation of the phosphorus chemical industry, all parties targeted the systematically sorted list of key technical problems formulated before the meeting. Universities and enterprises respectively displayed their existing research foundations, progress of ongoing research projects and industrialization exploration achievements.
During the on-site communication, based on the actual production and application scenarios of enterprises, participants fully exchanged views on core topics including the feasibility verification of new technologies, supporting conditions for the implementation and transformation of scientific research achievements, and cross-unit collaborative research mechanisms. The meeting reached multi-party consensus and arranged special docking work for the next stage.
In the next step, the Laboratory will focus on the in-depth integration of industry, university, research and application. It will continuously improve the full industrial chain covering demand discovery, technological breakthroughs and achievement transformation, effectively solve the difficulties and blockages in the conversion of scientific and technological achievements, and accelerate the transformation of scientific and technological innovation achievements into actual industrial development results. It will inject continuous and powerful innovation momentum into the green and low-carbon transformation and upgrading of China’s phosphorus chemical industry.
