Thanks to its consistent investment and stable performance in the food-grade phosphate quality management system, Wengfu Jianfeng under Guizhou Phosphate Chemical Group (GPC) has officially obtained supplier access qualification from Yihai Kerry Arawana Holdings Co., Ltd., a global leading enterprise in the grain, oil and food industry, and successfully joined its qualified supplier system.
As a long-term professional phosphate manufacturer, Wengfu Jianfeng previously lacked practical experience in end-food product management. To address this weakness, the General Party Branch of Wengfu Jianfeng listed the supplier qualification access project as the No.1 key initiative for in-depth integration of Party building and business development, empowering project breakthroughs through organizational strength. Members of the General Party Branch took charge of segmented tasks, and the leading team of the Production Technology Party Branch signed targeted responsibility letters. The system upgrading work was refined into core modules including raw material traceability, precise process control, equipment maintenance, inspection and testing, and traceability drill management. A daily progress update and weekly review dynamic management mechanism was implemented to ensure every improvement measure has clear implementation paths, unified standards and verifiable results.
