In response to an urgent export order, the Gansu Wengfu Base of Guizhou Phosphorus Chemical Group recently launched a tough battle to ship DAP products against time. All staff of the Department of Logistics took action, and with efficient collaboration and strict measures, successfully completed the whole process of shipping large quantities of products from the factory to Yantai Port, winning valuable time for ensuring the delivery of international orders.

   This shipping task was tight in time and high in requirements. After the task was assigned, the Department of Logistics immediately activated the emergency mechanism and set up a special working group. In the container yard, the staff had started high-pressure water gun washing operations to ensure that each container was clean and met the moisture-proof and dust-proof standards. In view of the recent rainy weather, the team also specially strengthened rain-proof measures to add a "double insurance" for product transportation.

   "The container resources in the market are very tight, and we must complete the transportation in a short time," said the relevant person in charge of the Department of Logistics. Through multiple coordination, the team finally allocated a sufficient number of compliant containers. At the same time, the Gansu Wengfu Base of Guizhou Phosphorus Chemical Group closely connected with the railway department to ensure that the train transport capacity matched the shipping demand. If the train transport capacity was insufficient, automobile shipping would be added to ensure that the products could be loaded on time and set off smoothly.

   In the loading and shipping link, through three layers of strict protective measures, the safety of products during transportation was guaranteed to the greatest extent. In addition, Yantai Port stationed special personnel on duty to ensure the first time handling of emergencies. Despite the heavy task, team members took the initiative to give up rest and fought continuously to ensure the timely and quality completion of the shipping task.
