To deepen industrial chain collaboration between upstream and downstream partners, smooth technical communication, consolidate foundation for supply-demand cooperation, and empower the high-quality development of green agriculture in major grain-producing areas, a 60-member delegation of key clients from Jilin Province visited the State Key Laboratory for Green and Efficient Development and Utilization of Phosphate Ore and Its Associated Resources (the laboratory) on September 5 for on-site inspection and exchanges.
On-site Visit
Organized by the Agricultural Materials Branch of Guizhou Phosphate Chemical Group (GPC), the visit enabled core clients to gain comprehensive and first-hand insight into the Group’s cutting-edge scientific and technological strengths in green phosphate resource development, efficient resource conversion, and new fertilizer R&D. The activity further consolidated industrial consensus, deepened strategic cooperation, and jointly promoted quality and efficiency improvement across the industry.
During the exchange session, the laboratory fully opened its core research exhibition areas, achievement display platforms and key experimental units. It systematically presented GPC’s core technologies in the beneficiation and enrichment of medium and low-grade phosphate ore, efficient and clean acidolysis of phosphate concentrate, cascade utilization of phosphorus resources, and comprehensive utilization of associated fluorine and silicon resources. The laboratory also highlighted innovative scientific and technological achievements tailored to modern agricultural needs, including new slow-release and controlled-release fertilizers, functional phosphate fertilizers, and high-efficiency fertilization technologies.
Through physical product demonstrations, principle explanations, achievement comparisons and practical case studies, the visit intuitively showcased GPC’s full-chain innovation advantages from refined development of superior mineral resources to the manufacturing of green fertilizer products. The delegation spoke highly of the Group’s advanced research equipment, mature process systems and groundbreaking technological achievements.
As a major national grain-producing region, core black soil protection zone and key fertilizer consumption market, Jilin Province has an urgent demand for high-quality, efficient, green and well-adapted fertilizer products and modern agricultural planting technologies.
This on-site visit allowed client representatives to move beyond end products and access front-end scientific research. It effectively built a two-way communication bridge connecting scientific research, market and end customers. It fully demonstrated the robust strength and innovative vitality of GPC’s national-level scientific and technological innovation platform, accurately aligned terminal market demands, and broke down technical cognitive barriers. They systematically learned the full resource utilization process of phosphate ore from screening and upgrading to efficient conversion, fully recognized the industrial value of recycling and efficiently utilizing medium and low-grade phosphate ore, and gained in-depth understanding of the core mechanisms of new fertilizers in nutrient release, soil improvement, and crop quality and efficiency enhancement.
Moving forward, relying on the technological advantages of the State Key Laboratory, GPC will focus on key topics including green agricultural development, cultivated land protection, and fertilizer quality and efficiency improvement. The Group will further integrate industry, university, research and application innovation, continuously optimize its product system and technical service capabilities, and deepen collaborative cooperation with upstream and downstream clients. Committed to empowering high-quality industrial development through scientific and technological innovation, GPC will work with partners to build a green, efficient and sustainable modern agricultural industry ecosystem.
