Fine Phosphorus Chemical Company under GPC Passes ISO22000 Food Safety Management System Audit for Food-Grade Phosphoric Acid
To further strengthen compliance of its food additive phosphoric acid and meet access requirements of downstream food processing clients, auditors from Beijing Huasilian Certification Center conducted an on-site audit on the PPA products of Fine Phosphorus Chemical Company from September 3 to 4. After two days of rigorous on-site inspection and comprehensive system assessment, the company’s flagship product — 85% food additive phosphoric acid — successfully passed the ISO22000 Food Safety Management System audit.
On-site Inspection by Auditors at Production Frontline
Aligned strictly with ISO22000 standards, this audit covered the full value chain of 85% phosphoric acid, including raw material procurement, production process control, quality inspection, warehousing & logistics, equipment maintenance, personnel management, hazard identification & prevention, and emergency response.
The expert team visited production sites to verify each key working procedure of PPA products item by item, with focus on the implementation of critical process indicators. In terms of quality control, auditors checked the deployment of precision testing instruments and the execution of three-level quality inspection: incoming raw material inspection, in-process patrol inspection and full finished-product testing before delivery, confirming full 100% traceability of product quality. Meanwhile, the panel carried out thorough document review on core modules such as system documentation, process operation records, product traceability mechanism, and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP).
Upon comprehensive evaluation, the audit team concluded that the company boasts a sound, efficiently operated and well-implemented food safety management system, with solid awareness of quality and safety among all staff. The whole production workflow of 85% phosphoric acid is standardized, risk-controlled and quality-stable, fully complying with ISO22000 requirements. The audit approval is granted.
